What’s Included in Your
Home 2 Home Stay
Home 2 Home Stay Immersions include:
An individual bedroom in the comfortable home of a carefully selected and inspected host
3 meals per day with the host family
Access to a Regional Manager who is always available
A 24-hour helpline
Personal Information
It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible about yourself (e.g., allergies, smoker/non-smoker, language level, interests) so we can select the most suitable host family for you.
Destination
We prioritise the choice of host family over the region, so please provide several choices of areas in the chosen destination when possible.
Dates
Our courses are weekly.
Arrival takes place on a Sunday, and departure on a Saturday.
Courses can be booked all year round.
For stays of 2 weeks or more, the extra night between weeks (Saturday to Sunday) is free of charge.
1 week = 6 nights
2 weeks = 13 nights (1 night free)
3 weeks = 20 nights (2 nights free)
4 weeks = 27 nights (3 nights free)
Host Selection
Our Regional Managers personally interview host teachers and inspect their accommodations.
Hosts have a recognised teaching certificate and/or a university degree, with a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience.
They are selected for their dedication, professionalism, passion for teaching, and ability to offer a warm, hospitable home.
Hosts range from traditional families with children, to one-parent hosts, or individuals living alone.
Some of our hosts are school teachers who teach language students during their holidays, retirees who enjoy occasional teaching, or professionals who enjoy teaching in the comfort of their homes.
